You will see upgrades in every aspect of your member experience, including improvements to Online Access (now called Home Branch Online Banking), as well as our mobile app (now called e-ONE Mobile App).

Merge Week Branch Hours: Our Montgomery branch will be open Monday, June 29, Tuesday, June 30, and Friday, July 3. Our office will be closed Wednesday, July 1, and Thursday, July 2.

Merge Week Home Branch, e-ONE Mobile App, and Telephone Banking Availability: Home Branch, e-ONE Mobile App, and Telephone Banking will be available until 5:00pm CST on Monday (June 29) and will be UNAVAILABLE Tuesday, June 30, and Wednesday, July 1. Our systems will be available on Thursday, July 2nd (time TBD).

Merge Week Shared Branch Availability: Shared Branching will be unavailable Monday, June 29, through Wednesday, July 1. Shared Branching will become available at an undetermined time Thursday, July 2.

Merge Week Debit and Credit Card Information: Continue to use your current debit card through July 1, then switch to your NEW debit card, which is being mailed to you, on July 2. Your current debit card will not work after July 1. Your current ARECU credit card will continue to work until further notice.

IMPORTANT: Please take these steps to help prepare for a smooth transition.


  • Download your past statements. We strongly recommend printing the previous 12 – 18 months of statements for your records. All of your previous transaction history will no longer be available after the conversion.
  • Make sure all of our information on file is correct to continue to receive updates related to our conversion. Contact us at (334) 215-7328 if you have nay new contact information or would like to check your current information on file.
